Aqua Mix Seal & Finish Low Sheen is a water-based acrylic coating that seals porous surfaces and leaves a durable low-sheen finish in one system. It replaces the traditional two-step sealer-and-finish process while allowing moisture vapour transmission.

Suitable surfaces and applications
Clay pavers including Saltillo, terracotta and adobe; cement tile; quarry tile; slate and sandstone. Use only on suitable porous surfaces and follow the label restrictions for wet areas and countertops.

Preparation and application
The surface must be dry, clean and free from waxes, old coatings and sealers. Do not apply over silicone, oil or wax-based finishes. Allow new installations to dry for at least 48 hours and verify that water can penetrate before application.
Apply two or three thin, even coats with a dense sponge, brush or paint-pad applicator. Allow 30 minutes between coats. Avoid puddles and overlapping. For pre-grouting use, apply at least two hours before grouting.
Drying and care
The floor is ready for traffic six hours after the final coat. Keep the area dry for at least 12 hours. Full cure is reached after 24 hours.
Important limitations
- Not recommended for glazed ceramic or porcelain.
- Do not use around pools, showers, standing water or on countertops.
- Keep finished floors clean and dry to reduce slip risk.
