We keep two sets of hours. The trade counter is open Mon–Fri 6:30am – 4:30pm, and the showroom is open Mon–Fri 9am – 5pm. Both are closed on weekends.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight is charged on each invoice at a rate of no more than 10% of the invoice total.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, contact us on 0455 045 652 or email sales@peninsulatiles.com as soon as possible. From there we'll arrange a credit or a replacement.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days on unused, re-saleable stock items in their original packaging (minimum 6m² for tiles), with a 30% restocking fee. Tiles can only be returned if we still hold the exact batch in stock; clearance and discontinued stock cannot be returned.
Yes — we supply trade customers with tiles, adhesives, grouts and accessories. Trade account holders can return eligible glues, grouts and accessories within 7 business days (20% restocking fee applies). Get in touch to set up an account.
