Aqua Mix High-Gloss Sealer is a water-based acrylic surface sealer that combines stain resistance with a durable high-sheen finish. The coating simplifies projects by replacing separate sealing and finishing steps while still allowing moisture vapour transmission.

Suitable surfaces and applications
Unsealed textured natural stone, textured porcelain, Saltillo, terracotta, adobe, cement tile and quarry tile. Designed for internal applications on surfaces rough enough to provide adequate coating adhesion.

Preparation and application
The surface must be clean, completely dry and free from waxes, sealers and finishes. Remove silicone, oil or wax-based coatings first. Allow new installations to dry for at least 48 hours and test before full application.
Apply two or three thin and even coats with a dense sponge, brush or paint-pad applicator. Allow 30 minutes between coats and avoid puddling. For pre-grouting protection, apply at least two hours before grouting.
Drying and care
The floor is ready for traffic six hours after the final coat. Keep the area dry for at least 12 hours. Full cure is reached after 24 hours.
Important limitations
- Not suitable for smooth glazed ceramic or porcelain.
- Do not use in pools, showers, standing-water areas or on countertops.
- Internal use only.
