Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team on 0455 045 652 or alternatively email sales@peninsulatiles.com as soon as possible. From there a decision will be made as to whether you are given a credit or sent a replacement item.
Shipping & Freight
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of no more than 10% per invoice total.
