If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team on 0455 045 652 or alternatively email nick@peninsulatiles.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. From there a decision will be made as to whether you are given a credit or sent a replacement item.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of no more than 10% per invoice total.
