Aqua Mix ProBlock Pre Sealer is a water-based penetrating pre-sealer developed for porous stone and tile before installation. It helps resist staining from water-soluble minerals, picture framing and efflorescence migration while remaining compatible with suitable installation adhesives.

Preparation and application
All surfaces must be clean, completely dry and free from loose particles, existing sealers or coatings. Treat the sealed underside as a low-porosity surface and confirm the correct adhesive with the adhesive manufacturer.
Apply one complete coat with 100% coverage. For full protection, seal all six sides. Buff away unabsorbed product within five minutes. Do not apply ProBlock to the top face when a colour-enhancing sealer will be used later.
Drying and care
Allow a full 48-hour cure before installation. When used only as a top-face pre-sealer, allow at least two hours before grouting. Keep the treated material dry and provide good airflow during curing.
Important limitations
- Not a final top-surface sealer or waterproofing product.
- Do not use beneath an enhancing sealer on the top surface.
- The sealed underside requires an adhesive suitable for dense, low-porosity surfaces.
