Aqua Mix Penetrating Sealer is an economical water-based penetrating and impregnating sealer for porous stone, tile, concrete, brick and grout. It delivers a natural no-sheen appearance while helping repel stains without restricting moisture vapour transmission.

Preparation and application
The surface should be clean, dry and free of waxes, coatings, sealers or finishes. Allow new installations to dry for at least 24 hours and test in an inconspicuous location.
Apply with a pump sprayer, paint pad, lambswool applicator, sponge or brush. Keep the surface wet for up to five minutes, then wipe it completely dry. Highly porous surfaces may need further applications; test with water droplets after two hours.
Drying and care
Allow 30 minutes between applications. The surface is ready for traffic after approximately two hours, must remain dry for at least 12 hours and reaches full cure after 24 hours.
Important limitations
- Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
- Use a premium sealer in food preparation areas or where maximum stain protection is required.
- The sealer does not prevent acid etching or physical wear.
