Aqua Mix Grout Sealer is an easy-to-use premium sealer formulated specifically for porous cement-based grout joints. Its dual-action formula penetrates and coats the grout to resist water, oil and acid-based contaminants without adding a visible sheen.

Preparation and application
The grout must be dry, clean and free from waxes, sealers and finishes. Allow new installations to dry for 48 hours. Protect adjacent surfaces and test a small area before full application.
Wear chemical-resistant gloves. Spray the product or apply it with a soft-bristle brush or sponge applicator. Wipe the tile surface completely dry within five minutes. Test with water droplets after two hours and reapply if the grout still absorbs water.
Drying and care
Allow 30 minutes between applications. The surface is ready for traffic after two hours, should remain dry for 12 hours and reaches full cure after 24 hours.
Important limitations
- Do not let the sealer dry on the tile surface.
- Apply only to recommended porous grout joints.
- The sealer does not prevent physical wear or acid etching.
