Appalachian Green Marble (Vermont Cipollino)

Appalachian Green, also known as Vermont Cipollino, is a distinctive natural marble celebrated for its striking layered banding and flowing green-and-white striations. Belonging to the Cipollino family, its name reflects the delicate, onion-skin-like layers that define its organic patterning. The interplay of green tones and pale bands creates a beautiful sense of rhythm and movement, giving the stone a naturally architectural quality.

Well-suited to feature walls, bathroom surfaces, vanities and statement entryways, Appalachian Green brings depth and individuality to thoughtfully designed interiors. Its distinctive linear patterning works beautifully alongside natural timber, warm metallic finishes and understated neutral materials, creating a considered balance between expressive stone and refined surroundings.

With its sculptural banding and unmistakable natural character, Appalachian Green transforms everyday surfaces into striking design features, bringing a sense of organic sophistication and timeless individuality to contemporary interiors.
